I have lived in the Central Virginia area for over 25 years. I was raised in real estate with my dad being a builder and he always had a project we were working on. I have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 20 years and we have 3 children that keep us young!

About 5 yrs ago my wife and I made a decision to sell out 2 story home and build a ranch style house in the country. We were nearing retirement age and experiencing some health issues.
